Natural Gas and Biogas Dryers
Used for the removal of moisture from natural gas pipelines, pipeline dryers are an economical, simple, and effective alternative to glycol dehydration without the environmental problems of BTEX emissions.
We can provide housings with deliquescent dessicants that can be an economical and effective solution for gas dehydration. Operation is simple. Wet gas enters the bottom of the vessel where gas velocity is reduced and flow direction is changed. In this area, heavier drops of entrained water are separated and fall into the large capacity claim area. The gas then moves upward through the bed of deliquescent desiccant tablets, which slowly dissolve as they adsorb moisture vapor.
We can supply chemically impregnated pellets (media), with the unique ability to remove gases and odors from contaminated air. When contaminated air comes into contact with the media, physical and chemical processes occur which render gases and odors harmless. The contaminants "bond" with the media as the purified air passes through and is circulated back into the environment. The dry-scrubbing technology provides meaningful benefits to your artifacts, equipment and employees.
